Does Free become a paid subscription?
No. Free covers account setup and feature previews, with no card and no automatic subscription. Productive actions require an eligible active paid plan.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
The relevant paid operations stop at the limit. There are no automatic overage charges. Monthly usage allowances reset each calendar month in UTC; AI operations include background extraction and translation.
Can clients see my agency’s brand?
Pro includes agency branding. Agency adds the option to connect a domain you own, after ownership verification. Every workspace has its own agency address.
Will a subscription start contacting owners?
No. Managed outreach is a separate service request. Availability, channel setup, equipment and any additional costs are agreed before service begins. A CRM subscription does not trigger owner outreach.
How will payment and cancellation work?
Once paid activation opens, access starts after confirmed payment. Applicable taxes and the total are shown before payment. You can cancel in Plan & billing before renewal; paid access continues through the confirmed end date.
